Breath
Breath is what brings live into the body and allows you to know and experience all. Without it, you would not have the ability to learn and experience.
You can adjust the pace and deepness of a breath, but regardless of these, it's still needed to live. Take the time to focus on your breath and realize what is coming into you. Look for the purest form of air to allow your body to have the best part of this world. So much of your time is running from place to place and not taking the time to focus on what allows you to live and move through this world, so the next time you are feeling very rushed, take the time to focus on your breath, take a few deep breaths and just breathe.
