Healing
Every person is able to heal themselves. it's up to them to know, realize and understand what they need to ensure healing.
Healing can come in many different forms including physical health, compassion, emotional support and healing in the form of coming home, or back to source. Take the time to listen to your body to know what it needs in each type of healing. It will tell you. Is it a change in foods, someone to listen and assist you through emotional problems, or an environmental shift. All will be shown or told you you as long as you listen and take your body's suggestions and advice.
